02 Selected Work

A look at the kind of sites I build.

Stewymade is just getting started, so these are sample directions rather than launched clients — the real ones will live here soon. Want to be the first case study? Let's talk.

03 Why switch

Already paying for a site that doesn't pull its weight?

Most small businesses are stuck with a template that looks like everyone else's, a hosting bill that quietly crept up, and a page nobody can find on Google. Here's the honest before-and-after.

What you've got now
  • A template that looks like a hundred other sites
  • A hosting bill that quietly doubles after year one
  • A support ticket black hole — no real person to reach
  • Invisible on Google when locals search for you
  • Days of waiting just to change your hours
With Stewymade
  • A custom site built around your business, not a theme
  • One flat price that doesn't balloon at renewal
  • One person who answers directly — usually same day
  • Built and tuned to get found by nearby customers
  • Edits handled for you — just send a message

Already paying for a site? There's a good chance I can work within what you're spending now. Switching is easy — I handle the whole move.

06 Questions

The things people usually ask.

How long does a website take?
Most starter sites are ready in one to two weeks once we've talked through your business and I have your photos. You don't have to write a word — I draft all the site copy for you. Larger business sites take a bit longer. I'll give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted as it comes together.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The site is yours. If you ever decide to move on, I'll hand over your files and help you transfer the domain — no hostage situations, no lock-in. That's the whole point of working with a real person instead of a faceless platform.
What does the Care Plan actually cover?
Hosting, security and SSL, regular backups, software updates, uptime monitoring, and small edits when you need them — new hours, a price change, a fresh photo. Bigger changes like a brand-new page or a redesign get a quick flat quote first, so there are never surprise charges. Think of it as someone keeping the lights on so you never have to think about it.
Why work with you instead of a big template builder?
Because you get a person, not a portal. I design around your business, I answer my own messages, and my pricing doesn't balloon after the first year. For a local business, having someone who knows your site and picks up the phone is worth a lot.
07 Who you're working with

A real person you actually work with — not an agency middleman or an offshore call center.

I'm a solo web developer who builds, hosts, and looks after websites for small businesses — wherever they are. No bait-and-switch hosting bills, no support ticket black hole — just one person who answers directly and takes real pride in the work.
